I always have a good time at this time of year looking back through all the weddings I photographed in the past year.

Last year I was lucky enough to shoot weddings at some beautiful venues in and around London and a stunning hotel in Tuscany. I have to pinch myself sometimes when I think how lucky I am to do his for a job!

Pulling together my favourite images from a whole year isn’t a quick process but it’s a great way to figure out what works, what doesn’t work and ways to improve my photography.

I’m always looking to learn and improve, because the moment I think I can’t improve will be the moment my photography will stagnate. I spend a significant amount of time each year attending workshops and conferences, as well as spending a lot of time reading tips online and watching video tutorials. Practice is always the best way to improve, so I’m trying to take my camera with me when I’m out and about more and more.

Anyway, a big thanks to all the brides and grooms who picked me to photograph their wedding in 2017. I can’t wait to photograph my brides and grooms in 2018. I still have availability so please get in touch if you or a friend of yours is getting married in 2018 or even 2019.
