The Porter Tun is the biggest space at The Brewery, and it features a very high exposed timber roof as well as a raised balcony area often used for drinks receptions before people walk down into the main space. It’s called the Porter Tun because it was once used to store casks of a dark beer called porter from floor to ceiling.
